Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
The CAREB-ACCER National Conference and Annual General Meeting offers high-visibility opportunities for sponsorship. Over 250 registrants, representing over 300 Research Ethics Boards from across Canada, attend this event. Levels of sponsorship:
- Platinum - $10,000
- Gold - $5,000
- Silver - $2,500
- Bronze - $1,000
Examples of sponsored events:
- Coffee breaks - Bronze
- Networking or Business lunch – Silver
- Reception – Gold
- Dinner – Platinum
All supporter packages include:
- Logo on conference materials
- Recognition via poster-sized sign
Platinum and Gold and Silver supporter packages also include:
- An exhibit booth
- Two full conference registrations, including all materials
Exhibitor space is available for approved vendors
The cost for exhibitors is $1,500 which includes:
- One 6’ x 30” skirted table with 2 chairs;
- One electrical outlet;
- WIFI connection for one device;
- Full conference registration for one person, including all materials.
Note that these are not standard 10 x 10 spaces and do not have any hard walls. Additional exhibitors have to register for the conference separately.
CAREB-ACCER reserves the right to decline vendor applications or evict vendors based on the appropriateness and acceptability of exhibits and product lines in alignment with CAREB-ACCER's mission and values, or failure to abide by policy and procedures.
