Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

The CAREB-ACCER National Conference and Annual General Meeting offers high-visibility opportunities for sponsorship. Over 250 registrants, representing over 300 Research Ethics Boards from across Canada, attend this event. If you are interested in becoming a supporter, please consider the following events and amounts for sponsorship. For more information, email us at:

Levels of sponsorship:

  • Platinum - $10,000
  • Gold - $5,000
  • Silver - $2,500
  • Bronze - $1,000

Examples of sponsored events:

  • Coffee breaks – Bronze
  • Networking or Business lunch – Silver
  • Reception – Gold 
  • Dinner – Platinum

All supporter packages include:

  • Logo on conference materials
  • Recognition via poster-sized sign

Platinum, Gold and Silver supporter packages also include:

  • An exhibit booth
  • Two full conference registrations, including all materials

Exhibitor space is available for approved vendors 

The cost for exhibitors is $1,500 which includes: 

  • One 6’ x 30” table with 2 chairs;
  • One electrical outlet;
  • WIFI connection for one device;
  • Full conference registration for one person, including all materials. 

Note that these are not standard 10 x 10 spaces and do not have any hard walls. Additional exhibitors have to register for the conference separately.

CAREB-ACCER reserves the right to decline vendor applications or evict vendors based on the appropriateness and acceptability of exhibits and product lines in alignment with CAREB-ACCER's mission and values, or failure to abide by policy and procedures.
